Threading is a cosmetic technique practiced in multiple cultures for several thousand years. In this video, I documented a 89-year old woman carefully threading her face to make her skin look smooth and sophisticated.  By recording the process in simplicity, I aim to tell beauty lies in its tradition,  regardless of age or culture.
